What's your story?
A Goal Planner was created by Victor Mathieux, a designer and entrepreneur interested in stimulating growth in both people and the business that serve them. Victor originally created A Goal Planner for use by his friends, family, and self. Six months before graduating college, Victor saw how his friends and fellow classmates were stressed out and confused about their futures, so he decided to use the skills he had acquired in design and business school to create something that would help people reduce their stress and do more of what's important to them.
Today, A Goal Planner is an award winning product that has been used by student entrepreneurs, entire graduating college classes, professional athletes, aspiring artists, new parents, and CEO's of succesful comapnies. We've had a small taste of success but our goal has remained constant. Everyday, we help people do more of what's important to them.
BrainNectar is a design studio run by Victor Mathieux. BrainNectar's goal is to stimulate growth in both people and the businesses that serve them. favors long-term growth it also dedicates time to developing it's own proprietary projects, such as A Goal Planner.

We do offer bulk-discounts. Please contact us at email@example.com so we can discuss discounts based on quantities. By the way, we can also customize A Goal Planner for use by a specific organization or event!
What’s your deal with environmental sustainability?
Our printers use vegetable and soy-based inks with lower levels of VOCs than traditional petroleum-based inks to reduce harmful carbon emissions. Using a sustainable paper source is our next step. What payment methods do you offer?
Online payments are processed by PayPal, but you do not need a PayPal account. When you checkout items on our website, you can either :
1) Pay using your PayPal account, OR
2) Pay by credit card without logging into/signing-up with PayPal. Just follow the “Don’t have a PayPal account” link.
We also accept payment by check for large orders; however, we will not ship the goods until the payment has cleared.
Yes. Unless required to do so by law, we will never share your personal information with third parties. Please note: as all online payments are processed by PayPal, we do not know, and cannot retain any information relating to the credit card or bank account used for these payments.
What's your return/refund policy?
Unless there is a defect in the product, we do not usually accept returns or gives refunds. If you are dissatisfied with any product you receive from us, please contact us at email@example.com so we can make a decision about whether a refund is appropriate or not. Of course we want to keep our customers happy but we do reserve the right to refuse refund on any product.
How long does shipping usually take?
Depending on when the order is placed, we will usually process and ship your order within 1-2 business days; however, delivery time varies based on your selection. USPS Priority mail generally takes 2-5 days, while USPS Express guarantees over-night delivery to most places.
